This is a large well detailed museum quality reproduction of a section of Lepidodendron enrietta bark from the Carboniferous Period (320MYA) of Gliwice-Uper Silesian Region, Poland. This Lycopod was one of the largest trees reaching heights of 30m to 40m. This fossil reproduction is an exact copy, cast directly from the actual fossil. The replica Lepidodendron measures 250mm (nearly 10 inches) x 175mm (over 7 inches).
